Do you offer a free plan?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a free plan, but we’d love for you to try our service. You can enjoy everything we offer for 30 days absolutely free.

How much time do I need to install your tracker?

Typically, the setup process is quick and straightforward, taking only about 1-2 minutes. Once completed, you’ll have immediate access to real-time data from your website. To facilitate this, you can easily integrate our one-line JavaScript code into the <head> section of your website. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can also implement our script using Google Tag Manager (GTM).

How many websites/domains can i track?

You can track as many websites or domains as you want, and you’ll have access to each dashboard within your account. Pricing is calculated based on the total number of pages across all domains and websites, so they are all combined together in the calculation.

What happens if I go over my page view limit?

We don’t penalize you for occasional traffic spikes, and we won’t shut your account off if you reach your plan limit early. In the event that you exceed your plan limit two months in a row or within the first month of joining our platform, we’ll simply inform you that your account is being upgraded. You can then choose to continue with the upgraded plan or cancel your account without any obligation.

How many team members can i add to my dashboard?

You can add unlimited team members to your dashboard for free. We don’t charge per seats.

Yes. We actually recommend complementing our service with a standard analytics platform, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar, for more comprehensive long-term statistical analysis. Our specialty lies in providing real-time data, focusing primarily on page views and visits from the past 30 days. All other data we present is in real-time, offering immediate insights.

All of our data is securely stored and hosted within the European Union, with our data centers located in Frankfurt and Nuremberg, Germany.
